EXPERTISE
Our CEO and Principal Consultant, Charles Anderson, has extensive engineering and development experience in the areas of flood control, dam safety, and utility-scale solar. Mr. Anderson has developed or evaluated nearly 3 GW of greenfield and acquisition projects across the U.S., Ontario, Canada and Mexico. Many of these developments involved a variety of physical environmental threats, including, frost heave, loose sand deposits, caliche, and flood hazards.
